This client signed with Upso on the 25th of May 2026. Before that date, the profile had been running without any management — you can see the flat, quiet activity on the graph from the start of May up to the 23rd. Within 5 days of Upso starting work, direction requests more than doubled from 46 to 105, calls jumped from 14 to 29 — a 45% increase, and total profile interactions went from 60 to 139, up 46% compared to the same period the year before. No ads. No paid promotion. Just proper Google Business Profile management starting from day one.

We took on this profile voluntarily to document what consistent GBP management can achieve. When we posted randomly with no real images or content from the business, results were flat — 51 interactions, 44 direction requests, 0 calls, 7 website clicks, 206 profile views. When we did it properly in March to April with structured posts and a real strategy, everything nearly tripled — 145 interactions, 120 direction requests, 7 calls, 18 website clicks, 485 profile views.
